Notes:
At time of reserving tournament date, a credit card number
must accompany tournament reservation form in order to secure
reservation. One week in advance, a draw of players attending
is required. Final numbers must be confirmed three days in
advance. Total balance owing is due three days in advance
of event. Events may not be scheduled on weekends before 11:00
am. At the discretion of the Club, shotgun or crossover starts
can only be considered on weekdays with full service events
exceeding 100 people.
